The tendencies of reformation of the civil proceeding of Ukraine are analysed in the sphere of establishment of electronic (computer) technologies. The main innovations of project «The Electronic Court» in Ukraine are investigated, in particular, basic mechanisms of functioning of the Single judicial informational telecommunication system, establishing of category of official electronic address and binding force of electronic communication in case of registration of such address. Statutory provisions of the project of Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine 2017 in relation to the electronic proofs, the videoconferencing, a new method of subpoenaing through announcement on the official web site of department judicial of Ukraine are defined. It is established, that the general tendency of electronization of the court procedure deals also with a form of court decisions.
