Annotation | The essence of standardology as a science is clarified. The goals, objectives and object of standardization are highlighted. The types of such activities are given depending on the specifics of the standards and content of requirements, its levels are defined. The concept of the standard is disclosed and its classification is carried out. It is noted that the standards of human rights and their protection have special significance in the national legal doctrine; European and international standards of the human right to legal assistance; National, international and European standards in the field of legal proceedings; Standards of legal institutions. International, European and national legal standards are characterized. It is established that European standards are a separate category of norms of European law and a component of the European legal standard. It was concluded that national standardization should be carried out, first of all, taking into account international and European standards of recommendatory or mandatory nature. |
