The article is devoted to comparative and legal analysis of legislation and legal doctrine of nature, system and classification of simplified judicial proceedings in civil process. The author proves that the implementation of simplified proceedings and procedures, on one hand, is a way to secure access to justice by means of decreasing judicial costs and more flexible procedure with lower level of formalization; on the other hand, this is the way to decrease state expenses on judicial system and to increase the efficiency of judicial administration.
