The article is devoted to the study of criteria for determining the jurisdiction of land disputes courts for consideration in the procedure of administrative and civil proceedings through the prism of the latest practice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The authors analyze the problems of delimitation of judicial jurisdictions in disputes of mixed legal nature arising out of complex land legal relations, as well as assess the prospects for resolving jurisdictional conflicts in this area as a result of the expected updating of procedural legislation.
