The article is devoted to the analysis of regulations of the draft Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine that govern institute of proof. The article researches new means of proof and effectiveness of its application in economic courts. The new rules in respect of admissibility and relevance of evidence have been considered in the article. New grounds for proof release and mechanism of judicial admission of fact as established if the relevant evidence has not been presented are defined. The study gives characteristics of the new rules of evidence submission and highlights new procedure for commissioning and conducting the legal expertise. The attention is paid to the new means of proof, i.e. electronic evidence and witness statement.
