The article is devoted the analysis of project of Economic procedural code of Ukraine in part of the stages of action proceeding, to research of new for an economic process institutes, adopted in order of unification of civil, economic and administrative judicial legislation and with the purpose of approaching of norms of national legislation to the international standards. The possible problems of application of the offered legislative changes are separately certain in part of the stages of action proceeding in practice and the ways of their minimization are offered
