The article is devoted to research of the simplified procedures of economic legal proceedings in Ukraine and European countries. The problems of application of the simplified procedure in the aspect of optimization of regulatory and legal regulation of economic process are analyzed. The ways of improvement of perspective normative regulation of simplified procedures in the economic process are offered.
