Investigated separate positive aspects of project of Economic procedure code of Ukraine, in particular, in relation to introduction during realization of the economic rule-making of information technologies, instruments of «electronic justice», order realization, settlements of dispute with participation of judge without formal procedures of the court proceeding. The possible negative consequences of separate positions of the marked short stories are marked in the economic rulemaking.
