Draft Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine is analyzed. Its positive and negative features are revealed, practical recommendations for improvement of the mentioned project are given. Particular attention is paid to the unification of procedural codes in Ukraine. The peculiarities of economic disputes resolution in foreign countries are presented. The necessity of taking into account the European experience in reforming of the procedural codes of Ukraine is noted.
