The article is devoted to questions of unification of norms in the draft Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine. The study notes that unification should be carried out at the level of institutions that are identical to all processes that have the same meaning and aim to achieve the same goal. It is proposed to supplement the procedural codes with a general article, which will contain unified interpretations of the concepts and categories that can be applied in all procedural codes.
