Annotation | In 2021, in the Corruption Perceptions Index of the international organization Transparency International, Ukraine ranked 122-th out of 180 countries surveyed. In 2012, the international audit firm Ernst and Young ranked Ukraine among the three most corrupt countries in the world, along with Colombia and Brazil from 43. Corruption is one of the most dangerous threats to human rights, democracy, law and order, honesty and social justice and the fair functioning of the state and society as a whole, as well as enterprises, institutions and organizations. Therefore, solving the problem of corruption is one of the priorities of the state. The article considers the main aspects of the features of electronic declaration as one of the main means of preventing the commission of corruption offenses in Ukraine. The main tasks and functions of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention are highlighted. The specifics of the activity of the above-mentioned body are determined. Based on the analysis, it is proved that in the process of preparing the state for the upcoming elections, it is important to show the citizens of Ukraine how they can contribute to Ukraine’s political reform agenda, using new tools and transparency systems, and ensuring that the government honest and open – served the interests of the people.
