The article presents the author's arguments about the necessity of including to the Constitution certain provisions related to international law customs. The author proves a number of key provisions which, in his opinion, must contain the relevant provision. In conclusion, draft of the norm on the international law customs is proposed, which could become a starting point for further scientific researches.
