The article clarifies the main trends of a modern system of legal sources of Ukraine. It is carried out forecast about development of legal sources in context of legal futurism. The author points special information kind of legal sources. It is showed the influence of «soft law» acts as a part of the system of legal sources. The article clarifies the role of electronic standard contracts as unconventional sources of law.
