The article is devoted to the study of certain problems of the essence and system of sources of the constitutional law of Ukraine, the analysis of fundamental provisions and discussion issues of this topic. The issue of the appearance and development of the sources of the constitutional law of Ukraine is covered. The definition of the sources of constitutional law is proposed and their signs are examined. Features are considered as systems of sources of the constitutional law of Ukraine as a whole, and its separate components. The perspectives of the further development of the system of sources of the constitutional law of Ukraine are indicated.
