As a result of studying of legal encyclopedic, reference, scientific books and normative legal acts author’s definitions of the concepts «standards of legal profession» and «standardization of lawyer activity» are provided and also the offer on their introduction to a scientific turn is made. On the basis of the analysis of the sources fixing standards of lawyer activity classification of standards of legal profession is carried out. It is disclosed signs and properties of such standards, types of their sources are given. On the basis of division of models of standards of legal profession subjects of standards of legal profession are grouped. Conditions of implementation of the theory of the specified standards are defined. Standardization of lawyer activity within national European integration is lit.
