The article is devoted to problems of a theoretical and practical nature, which arise in the activities of arbitration managers while conducting an inventory of the debtor’s property in bankruptcy procedures. It was studied the practice of applying by economic courts of the legislation in the part of conducting the inventory of assets of the insolvent companies. It was revealed, that the economic courts and participants in the bankruptcy case have different understanding of the arbitration manager’s rights and obligations in ensuring the inventory of the debtor’s property. In this article were formulated the proposals to amend the Law of Ukraine «On Restoring Debtor’s Solvency or Declaring it Bankrupt».
