In article modern approaches to determination of content, value, an orientation of the principles of administrative law, classification of the principles of the law enshrined in the Treaty on European Union, their interrelation with the principles of administrative law of the national level are considered. Offers and recommendations of carrying out state and legal reforms based on the uniform understanding of contents and value of the principles of administrative law causing practical realization of the tasks defining borders of activity of bodies of public administration, fixing guarantees of realization and protection of the rights, freedoms, legitimate interests of citizens in the sphere of the executive authority are formulated.
