| Abstract | The author studies the features of certain kinds of agreements of purchase and sale, analyzes their differences, especially between a supply agreement, a contracting agreement of agricultural products and an agreement for energy and other resources supply through the connection network. Problems connected with the agreement of purchase and sale that arise both in legal literature and in judicial practice have also been considered. |
