Annotation

This article deals with the principle of inviolability of right to property. It examines such legal acts as the EU — Ukraine Association Treaty and its influence on property relations. Article also deals with the issues of relationships between the EU law, Convention and the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights. The author, in particular, examines the provisions of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU and the Convention on Human Rights of the Council of Europe, as well as the case-law of the European Court of Justice and the EU countries in the area of protection of principle of inviolability of property. The author concludes as to inviolability principle and experience of the EU countries in that respect as well as discusses the perspectives of implementation of such experience in Ukraine.
