| Annotation | The Ukrainian administrative law uses a large number of forms for administrative acting which a foreign observer can hardly distinguish. Using the German theory of forms for administrative acting, this article presents principles of such theory and points to some aspects, which could be relevant for the harmonization of the Ukrainian theory of forms for administrative acting with established structures of European legal theory. |
