| Annotation | The EU social policy as one of the EU objectives and increasing growth of its role and importance were reflected in the social provisions of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the scope of social provisions of Association Agreements between the EU and Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova in comparison with the social provisions of Partnership and Cooperation Agreements. The issues of inclusion of certain obligations in the field of social policy in the Association Agreements and reforming national social legislation of the abovementioned countries in the framework of their integration to the EU were studied as well. |
