| Annotation | New regional trade agreements of Ukraine lead to certain institutional arrangements designed to broaden and deepen trade, as well as form grounds for protecting rights and interests in the regional relations with other states and/or international organizations. Institutional mechanism of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union was studied. The order of formation, procedures and decision-making powers of the Association Council, the Association Committee, the Association Parliamentary Committee, the civil society platform were analyzed. A comparative analysis of the institutional mechanisms established under the Association Agreements with Georgia, Chile and Albania was provided. |
