| Annotation | The purpose of this article is to analyze possible constitutional challenges that Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia may face in the course of implementation of the Association Agreements in their legal systems. Particular attention is paid to two main issues of this complex process. The first question is how to ensure effective implementation of association agreements in the legal system of Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. The second question concerns the possible ways to address inconsistencies in the course of application of the Association Agreements and the constitutions of these states. |
