The article analyses the provisions of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in order to understand the additional values for Ukraine in the form of the internal market treatment and to explain what requirements Ukraine needs to fulfill to obtain it. The authors seek to provide a critical perspective on the promise of the Association Agreement and demonstrate potential difficulties for its application. |
