| Annotation | Author of this article invites public to the wide scientific discussion in relation to new ways on reformation of juridical authority of Ukraine, and also preparations of future changes to Constitution of Ukraine. Foremost key concepts are open up in relation to the order of organization of status of judges. It is seen that equality of professional judges must become a key principle of independence of judicial authority, regardless of an official capacity in the judicial system. Author`s vision of the future judicial system is pointed, touching the principle of availability of judicial protection that must be under laid. The prospects of direct participation of people during realization of the legal proceeding are uncovering. |
