| Annotation | The article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of state understanding, connection and interaction between law and state. The methodology of investigation, the correlation between state understanding and the notion of state, their features and differences are analyzed. The author highlighted the genesis of comprehension and perception of the state as a certain association, political and legal community of people; developed sociological approach to state understanding, place and role of people, public authority and other elements of power in it. Additional arguments concerning the priority of law before the state and its public authority were provided. |
