In article, emphases on economic prospect of the government Concept of reforming of the state system of legal protection of intellectual property in Ukraine are placed. Five perspective complex problems taking into account their economic consideration and theoretical justification about a condition of intellectual property in Ukraine in comparison with other developed countries are defined.
