Requirements of the Agreement on association between Ukraine, on the one hand, on the other hand, in the sphere of protection of intellectual property are considered by the European Union, European Community on Atomic Energy and their state members. Need of acceptance of the mechanism of adaptation of the national legal system to the legislation of the EU for this sphere is noted that includes introduction of notices from the EU of the new adopted acts, definition of an order of their consideration, features and terms of implementation, and also the mechanism of the accounting of the judgments of the EU. It is pointed out expediency of the account at adaptation of the legislation except separate provisions of acts EU on protection of intellectual property, provided in the Agreement — the corresponding directives and regulations of the EU and also the judgments decisions of EU.
