In article it is considered the main innovations of modern institutional development of the mechanism of judicial protection of intellectual property rights which are directly connected with reforming of judicial system in general. The directions of judicial reform, modern updating of the judicial case, future structure of the Supreme Court, including in the context of recommendations of the European experts are analyzed. The author raises questions of expediency of formation of the Supreme anti-corruption court. Positive consequences and expectations from introduction of specialized judicial review of disputes are at the same time given in the sphere of intellectual property in new Supreme court concerning intellectual property.
