In the article are discussed the legislative ways of describing the socially dangerous act of objective side of continuing crimes composition. One of these ways s designation in the Criminal Code of Ukraine on commitment the act during a certain period of time. The present way occurs in the effective Ukrainian law for criminal responsibility only in few articles. The second way is consisted in use in the Special part of the Ukrainian Criminal Code the words, that signify the continuing acts. This way is more prevalent. At the same time the same word can mean in some cases a continuing and in another — non-continuing act. Taking into account the ways of continuing crimes describing during construction of dispositions of articles (dispositions of parts of articles) of the Special part of the Ukrainian Criminal Code has not at the moment a systemic character. Legislative ways of continuing crimes describing should be given a serious attention during improvement the Ukrainian law for criminal responsibility.
