In this article the author does digression to history of freedom of creativity to the USSR, convincingly proves existence of the whole system of destruction of the Ukrainian culture. The author considers that freedom of creativity has the limit: boundless there is only an arbitrariness. In laws of Ukraine there are many requirements and the bans established in public concerns and interests of particular persons which fix limits of freedom of literary, art and performing creativity. According to the author, censorship in its true sense — as strict judgment, is exacting criticism — in Ukraine really exists and brings benefit.
