The article assesses analysis and evaluation of the current disposition of the article of Criminal Code of Ukraine, which regulates criminal legal relations in the field of transplantation of human organs, tissues and other biomaterials. Based on the analysis of Ukrainian and international legal and medical experiences, the necessity to improve the wording, on which the relevant classification crimes are performed. The suggestions for further steps to solve the problem of illegal transplantation in Ukraine through concrete effective mechanisms are provided.
