This article is devoted to analyze of the most actual problematic issues of administrative and criminal responsibility for corruption in Ukraine. We study the existing system of corruption delicts (crimes and administrative offenses) in Ukraine. It has been found that the scientific unfounded and premature changes and additions amendments to regulations (in particular, to articles 3641, 365, 3682, 423, 424 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) pose a significant risk of corruption. It was determined that only comprehensive and science-based amendments to the current legislation can contribute to fight corruption.
