The article reveals the relevance and future directions of research problems of criminal-law value of the acts causing harm to the victim with his consent. The author delivers some preliminary results of such studies conducted in Ukraine in particular, the classification of the legalization of certain criminal legal significance of such acts on these types: recognition criminal offence of such an act; the possibility of recognition of such an act as criminal offence by the court; the establishment of the law soft punitive measures, recognition in law extenuating circumstances of a particular crime, the possibility of a court in such circumstances to confirm a particular offense.
