In article topical issues of reforming of law enforcement agencies in the context of adoption of the new Criminal procedural Code of Ukraine are considered. The place and the role which the State bureau of investigations in system of law enforcement agencies and specially authorized subjects in the field of counteraction of corruption shall occupy are defined.
