In this article an attempt of scientific exploration has been undertaken with respect to extrapolating theoretical approaches of the scope of the humanities acmeology for the purposes of development of methodological support of research principles of organization of the public prosecutor’s office activity connected with the implementation of the function of representation of interests. It was described such acmeological principles of organization of the public prosecutor’s office activity connected with the implementation of this function as the following: the formation of a professional (including communicative) competence, an increase of professional competence of prosecutors, motivation of prosecutors. It was suggested the expedience of maximum convergence of qualification requirements for candidates for the posts of prosecutors and judges in connection with the constitutional convergence of these state institutions.
