| Annotation | Comparative analysis of the legal rules of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine and the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine in the aspect of participation of foreign persons in the respective trials is investigated in this article. Based on the completed research the author singled out differences and similarities in the legal regulation of the cases involving foreign persons. It was concluded that the similarity of the relevant procedural rules related to the peculiarities of the legal status of foreign persons, and the differences — the rules of jurisdiction, the nature of disputes and the method of fixing such legal norms. In addition, imperfections and proposes ways to remove them were identified in the article. |
