| Annotation |
It’s necessary to distinguish between dialectical materialism and soviet ideology. So we can see not only official but also real and ideal law of the state. Dialectics calls for join different views on law (axiological, juridical positivism, sociological) into the system. It finds connections between law and society, law and interests of different groups. Using this method the author separates and researches special administrative system of law. Dialectics demands to find natural phenomena in law development. It`s necessary to take them into account, when we create programs for law reforms in Russia. |
