| Annotation | The article is the consideration of the main tendencies in the contemporary philosophy of law in the former Soviet Union. Author differentiates two basic alternatives of the legal reasoning, which are called «calssic» and «non-classic». In the work the philosophicalmethodological features of the named alternatives of legal reasoning are researched. Also the mainstream changes in the ontology and methodology of law are considered. The result of such researching is the new — dynamic — legal reasoning, which becomes to develop in the post-Soviet legal thought. |
