| Annotation | The author disproves a traditional view on conceptional relationship of sociolegal ideas between L. Petrazycki and E. Ehrlich in the article. Based on the works by L. Petrazycki, written in the Warsaw period, the author reconstructs the object and method of sociology and sociology of law from the standpoint of Petrazycki, his idea of the relation between sociology of law, theory of law, policy of law and legal dogmatics. Author demonstrates a sharp distinction between methodological foundations of socio-legal projects of Petrazycki and Ehrlich, and hence determined the difference in their interpretation of legal reality. |
