| Annotation | The author suggests practice of international payments and reveals the differences in approaches to the functioning of the most advanced and common world systems of bills of exchange — Geneva and Anglo-American. Analysis of foreign experience leads to the following conclusions, which should be used in future lawmaking by Ukrainian legislator. The author substantiates the expediency of interpretation of exchange obligation at this stage as a public obligation. |
