| Annotation | In article the attempt of assessment of level of corruption in Ukraine, and also prevalence of corruption crimes in judicial system is made. The factors causing corruption in activity of judicial bodies are defined. The analysis of social and criminological researches which results confirm the high level of corruption in this sphere is carried out. A number of all-social and special and criminological strategy of counteraction to corruption crimes in the judicial sphere is allocated. |
