| Annotation | The basic problem considered in this article is the determining the responsibility of entities for corruption in the judicial system of Ukraine. In particular analyzed various approaches of understanding the problem of the relation of such legal concepts as: the judiciary and courts system. Determine the list of bodies that should be attributed to it. On the basis of the findings recommended to extend the list of subjects that may be responsible for corruption in the judicial system of Ukraine and offered to change an existing regulations which govern these issues. |
