The article states that that self-value of the civil procedure science has significantly increased recently due to extension of scientific problems. In scientific aspect it is reflected in several basic, significant postulates, which constitute the basis for scientific researches.

It is mentioned that professional doctrine states that the institutes of justice and judiciary should be modernized according to challenges of the modern society basing not only on the obvious civilized fact as fundamental human rights according to national, but to international law and order.

In this aspect modern problems of the modern civil procedure science are researched, which have methodological character, including the question of methodology itself, correlation of material and procedural law, forms of civil proceedings and differentiation of judicial procedures, harmonization of national systems of procedural law, question of trans-national civil procedure.
