| Annotation | The article deals with the religious organization as one of the independent non-entrepreneurial types of functional organizations. It is proved that religious organizations exist as a legal entity of private law, and for their individual species, in particular, religious groups, a legal person — that's just one of the possible legal forms of participation in public circulation. Religious associations in civil turnover are represented by their centers (departments), which have the status of legal persons. A religious organization has a special capacity, depending on the purpose of its creation. Entrepreneurial activity can be carried out exclusively by a company of one party, during the creation of which the relations of dependence appear. |
