| Annotation | The article explores the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine of 2003 and their impact on the legal regulation of housing relations. The author provides the analysis of theoretical and legal issues in ratio of Civil Code of Ukraine of 2003 and the Housing Code of the Ukrainian Soviet Socalist Republic of 1983. It is noted that the Civil Code of Ukraine for the first time secured the definition of property, its types, based on the connection with the place of residence of a natural person. Attention is paid to individual housing facilities. Based on the definition of the value of housing relations the author proposed to make a distinction between proprietary and binding rights in housing. Basic concepts involving the use of housing, legal entities, their rights and duties are determined. Based on the understanding the essence of the legal norms the author formulates practical suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the rules of civil law in order to improve legal regulation of housing relations. |
