The scientific article is devoted to research of subjects of control over activity of arbitration managing directors in bankruptcy procedure. The analysis of types of subjects of control, expediency of granting the specified powers to them is carried out. Powers of these subjects are revealed as well as the question about the need of such control is considered in article. The author investigated a condition of legislative ensuring the implementation of this control. Some suggestions on modification of the relevant legislation are made. The experience of foreign countries and jurisprudence on these questions is considered.
