The article deals with some provisions of the draft amendments to theConstitution of Ukraine (on justice) from 11.25.2015 g. № 3524. That may have a direct influenceon administrative justice: court settlement, the requirements for judges, and a special status.There have been problematic aspects ratio constitutional and administrative jurisdictions.Substantiates that the introduction of alternative procedures for contesting acts of localgovernments, depending on the subject, which it contested, is unjustified and could lead todifficulties in practice.
