| Annotation | The author of this article analyzes the matter of constitutionality and legitimacyof the actions of the VerkhovnaRada of Ukraine due to which the Decision of the ConstitutionalCourt of Ukraine dated September 30th, 2010, was «overridden» and the validity of theConstitution of Ukraine in edition of December 8th, 2004, was restored. The reasons are givenfor the right of the VerkhovnaRada of Ukraine for the relevant «extraordinary» rule-making. Inview of the conception of the constituent government of people the author’s vision of the natureof the phenomenon of Maidan has been suggested. |
