| Annotation |
Reveals the social role of criminal law in connection with the exercise of its functions. It emphasizes the need to correlate the function of criminal law with international standards to address social and economic problems and to promote the rule of law. It is alleged that the criminal law should provide for the possible crime, make recommendations to the legislator regarding the timely establishment of the criminal liability for acts that in the near or distant future, should be recognized as crimes. |
